Account and billing

Change or cancel your plan

Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Lemonpost subscription, and what happens to your posts and connected channels when you do.

Denne artikel findes indtil videre kun på engelsk.

Everything about your plan lives in one place: Settings, then Billing. You can switch plans, change your card, download invoices, or cancel from there, without emailing anyone or sitting through a retention call.

Plans differ only in how many channels you can connect. Every plan includes every feature and unlimited seats, so upgrading is about connecting more accounts, never about unlocking things. Current prices are on the pricing page.

Upgrade or downgrade

  1. Open Settings, then Billing.
  2. Click Change plan.
  3. Pick the plan you want and confirm.

Upgrades take effect right away and you are charged the difference for the rest of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep what you are using until then.

Before you downgrade, count your connected channels. If you have more than the smaller plan allows, disconnect the ones you no longer need first, and move or delete any scheduled posts for them. Posts for a disconnected channel stop publishing.

Switch to yearly

Yearly billing costs ten months for twelve, so two months are free. Switch in the same Change plan screen by choosing the yearly option.

Cancel

  1. Open Settings, then Billing.
  2. Click Cancel plan and confirm.

That is it. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Cancelling stops the next charge rather than refunding the current period. If something went wrong on our side, email us and we will sort it out properly.

What happens to your content

Nothing is deleted when you cancel. Your posts, media library, connected channels, and analytics history stay where they are. Scheduled posts stop publishing once your access ends, but they remain on the calendar.

If you resubscribe later, you pick up where you left off instead of setting everything up again. It is worth reconnecting your channels when you come back, since access tokens usually expire in the meantime.

During the free trial

The trial runs 7 days and needs a card up front. Cancel any time before it ends and you are not charged at all. Same screen, same Cancel plan button.

Common questions

How do I cancel?
Open Settings, then Billing, and choose Cancel plan. It takes one click, we do not ask you to email anyone, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Do I get a refund when I cancel?
Cancelling stops the next charge rather than refunding the current period, and you keep full access until that period ends. If something went wrong on our side, email support and we will sort it out.
What happens to my scheduled posts if I cancel?
They stay in the calendar but stop publishing once your access ends. Your content and connections are kept, so resubscribing later picks up where you left off rather than starting over.
What happens when I downgrade to fewer channels?
If you have more channels connected than the smaller plan allows, disconnect the ones you no longer need first. Scheduled posts for a disconnected channel stop publishing, so move or delete them before you switch.
