Each profile or page you connect counts once. An Instagram account and a Facebook page for one shop are 2. Your plan sets how many can be connected at the same time: 5 on Creator, 15 on Growth and 40 on Pro. Disconnect one and the slot is free again. Teammates and workspaces don't count.

Yes, the 7-day trial needs a card, and nothing is charged until it ends. You enter your card on Stripe's checkout page, so Lemonpost never sees the number. If you keep going, your first charge is the plan you picked. Cancel in Settings before then and you pay nothing.

Count the social accounts you'll connect and pick the smallest plan that fits: up to 5 is Creator, up to 15 is Growth, and up to 40 is Pro. If a client or manager approves posts before they go out, start on Growth. More than 40? Email [email protected].

Yearly costs the same as 10 months, so you get 2 months free. Settings lets you move from monthly to yearly at any time, but not from yearly back to monthly, so start monthly if you're unsure.

Yes, in Settings, whenever you like. You see the exact amount before you confirm. To move down, your connected accounts need to fit the smaller plan.

In Settings, no email or call. Your plan stops renewing, you keep access to the end of what you paid for, and nothing is deleted. If you come back, everything is where you left it.

No. Every plan starts with 7 days free. After that, Creator is $29 a month for 5 accounts, with unlimited posts and teammates.

Lemonpost posts through each platform's official API and checks every post against that platform's rules before it sends. Your calendar shows what's published and what failed, and if a post fails, we email you. If an account logs out, your scheduled posts stay in the queue until you reconnect.
