How Fanny keeps several brands posting every week, without the hassle

Half the time I don't even open the app. I just tell Claude what to post, then check it in Lemonpost after.

The problem

Fanny runs social media for her own brand and a handful of clients. She is the person who makes sure each brand shows up online, sounds like itself, and does it day after day. When it works, nobody notices. When a post is late, everybody does.

For a long time, getting those posts out was pure copy and paste.

I used to have a tab open for every single platform. I wrote a post and copied it into Instagram, then TikTok, then LinkedIn, then Facebook. It took me several hours a week just to get it all out.

Even after all that effort, things slipped through.

I always forgot something. Some weeks I didn't publish anything at all.

For her own brand, a missed post was annoying. For a client, it was worse.

When it's a client's account, forgetting a post isn't just annoying. It's their brand, and they notice. That part really stressed me out.

She had gone looking for a fix before, more than once.

I've tried a lot of different schedulers. They were either too expensive or too complicated.

The solution

Fanny found Lemonpost while looking, again, for something simpler than the big tools. This time it stuck.

It was the first one that didn't make me feel stupid in the first five minutes. I connected everything and just started.

What sold her was the price, and the fact that adding clients didn't blow up the bill.

The other tools wanted more money every time I added a brand. This one just lets me add them.

Every brand's week, lined up in one calendar.

Then came the part she did not expect to like.

There was one thing I didn't think I would like, and that was connecting Lemonpost with Claude. I just say what I want to publish, and it ends up right in my calendar in Lemonpost. Half the time I don't even open the app. I just talk to Claude and check the scheduled posts in Lemonpost after.

She still makes the words her own. The AI just gets her moving.

It gets me started, then I tweak it so it sounds like the brand. That's the part I actually enjoy, and now I have time for it.

The results

The copy-and-paste routine across every platform is gone. Fanny saves about five hours every week.

More important: the posts actually go out. No more weeks with nothing published, for her brand or her clients.

The biggest thing for me and my clients is that I publish regularly now. That's what actually matters.

And with every brand in one calendar, taking on more work feels manageable instead of scary.

I used to worry that one more client meant I'd fall apart. Now it just means one more calendar.

What's next

Fanny is taking on new clients now that the posting side runs itself, and spending the time she got back on the actual creative work.

Honestly, I got a bit of my week back. I'd tell any freelancer or small team the same thing. If you just want your posts to go out without the hassle, try Lemonpost.
