A month of posts, one upload
Plan your content in a spreadsheet, bring it into Lemonpost in one go, and let the calendar do the rest. No pasting posts in one at a time.
Upload a CSV
Bring your posts in from any spreadsheet. Export the template, fill a row per post, and drop the file into Lemonpost. Google Sheets, Excel, Numbers, whatever you plan in.
Map your columns
Match your spreadsheet columns to date, time, caption, media, and platforms. Lemonpost remembers your mapping, so the next upload is one click.
Review on the calendar
Every imported post lands on your content calendar as a draft first. See the whole plan laid out, catch a wrong date, and fix anything before it publishes.
Schedule to nine platforms
Confirm the batch and each post is scheduled to the networks you picked, across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, and Bluesky.
How it works
From spreadsheet to scheduled in five steps
- 1
Grab the template
Download the CSV template so your columns line up from the start, or bring your own spreadsheet and map it during upload.
- 2
Fill a row per post
One row is one post: the date and time, the caption, a link to your image or video, and which platforms it goes to. Add as many rows as you want.
- 3
Upload and map
Drop the file in and match each column to its field. Lemonpost checks every row and flags anything that needs a fix before it imports.
- 4
Review on the calendar
Your posts land as drafts on the calendar. Look over the whole plan, open any post to fine-tune it per platform, and move a date if you need to.
- 5
Schedule the batch
Happy with it? Confirm, and every post is scheduled to publish at its time. A month of content live in minutes.
The template
The columns your spreadsheet needs
One row per post. Fill what you use, leave the rest.
| Date | Time | Caption | Media URL | Platforms |
|---|---|---|---|---|

Times publish in the timezone you set. Leave the media column empty for text-only posts, or attach media by hand after import.

Everything your bulk upload can carry
The CSV
One row per post, columns you already understand
The template keeps it simple. Each row is a post, and the columns cover everything a post needs to go out. Fill what you use and leave the rest, and Lemonpost validates the whole file before a single post is created.
Date, time, and timezone. Set exactly when each post publishes, in the timezone you work in.
Caption and media. Write the caption in the row and point the media column at a public image or video URL. Lemonpost fetches and attaches it.
Platforms per row. List the networks each post goes to. One row can publish to one platform or all nine.
After import
Bulk to start, per-post control when you need it
Bulk scheduling gets weeks of standard posts onto the calendar fast. From there, every post is a normal Lemonpost post, so you can open any one and use the full composer without redoing the batch.
Fine-tune per platform. Open an imported post to customize its caption per network, add a first comment, or turn it into a Reel.
Nothing publishes unreviewed. Imports arrive as drafts on the calendar, so a typo in the spreadsheet never goes live on its own.
Reschedule by dragging. Shift any imported post to a new slot right on the calendar, the same as a post you wrote by hand.
What is bulk scheduling?
Bulk scheduling means creating many social media posts at once, usually from a spreadsheet, instead of typing them in one at a time. You plan a batch of content in a CSV, upload it, and every post is scheduled in a single step. It is how people who post daily get a whole month set up in one sitting.
Why bulk schedule instead of posting one at a time?
If you post every day across several platforms, doing it post by post eats hours and invites mistakes. A missed day, a wrong date, a caption pasted into the wrong account. Bulk scheduling flips the work: you plan the whole batch in a spreadsheet where it is easy to see everything at once, upload it, and review it laid out on a calendar before anything publishes. The planning stays in one place, and the publishing takes care of itself.
How does the CSV upload work?
You start from a template with one column per field: the date and time to publish, the caption, a link to the image or video, and the platforms the post goes to. Each row becomes one post. When you upload the file, you map your columns to Lemonpost's fields, and it checks every row for problems, like a date in the past or a platform that is not connected, before it imports anything. Once it passes, your posts appear on the calendar as drafts, ready to review.
How do I add images and video in bulk?
Put a public link to each image or video in the media column of your spreadsheet. When you import, Lemonpost fetches the file from that URL and attaches it to the post, so your visuals come in with the captions rather than being added one by one afterward. For posts you would rather build by hand, you can always open them after import and attach media from your library instead.
Can I review posts before they go live?
Yes, and that is the point of importing to drafts first. Nothing from a bulk upload publishes the moment it lands. Every post shows up on your content calendar where you can see the full plan, spot a wrong date or a caption that needs work, open any post to fine-tune it, and only then schedule the batch. Bulk speed, without giving up the last look.
Bulk schedule to every platform you post to
One upload can schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, and Bluesky. Pick the networks per row, review the whole plan on one calendar, and publish everywhere.

Bulk scheduling questions, answered
You plan your posts in a spreadsheet, one row per post, then upload it as a CSV. You map your columns to Lemonpost's fields, review every post on the calendar as a draft, and confirm the batch. All of them get scheduled to publish at their times in one step.
A CSV. You can export one from Google Sheets, Excel, Numbers, or any spreadsheet tool. Download Lemonpost's template to keep the columns lined up, or bring your own file and map the columns during upload.
One row is one post: the date and time to publish, the caption, a link to the image or video, and the platforms it goes to. You fill the columns you need and leave the rest. A single row can publish to one platform or all nine.
All nine: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, and Bluesky. You list the platforms for each post in its row, so different posts in the same upload can go to different networks.
Put a public link to each image or video in the media column. On import, Lemonpost fetches the file from that URL and attaches it to the post. If you would rather add media by hand, you can open any imported post afterward and attach it from your library.
Yes. Bulk imports land on your content calendar as drafts, not live posts. You see the whole plan, catch any mistakes, open posts to fine-tune them, and only then schedule the batch. Nothing from an upload goes live on its own.
Lemonpost checks every row as you upload and flags problems before importing, like a date in the past, a missing caption, or a platform that is not connected. You fix the flagged rows and re-upload, so a bad row never becomes a broken post.
Yes. Every imported post is a normal Lemonpost post. Open it to customize the caption per platform, add a first comment, turn it into a Reel or Story, or attach different media, all in the full composer, without redoing the upload.
Yes. Once posts are on the calendar you can drag any of them to a new time, edit them, or delete them, exactly like posts you created by hand. The upload is a starting point, not a lock.
Yes. Bulk scheduling is part of every Lemonpost plan, including the 7-day free trial. Plans start at $29 a month, and every plan includes unlimited team seats, so anyone on your team can plan and upload.
