What is bulk scheduling?
Bulk scheduling means creating many social media posts at once, usually from a spreadsheet, instead of typing them in one at a time. You plan a batch of content in a CSV, upload it, and every post is scheduled in a single step. It is how people who post daily get a whole month set up in one sitting.
Why bulk schedule instead of posting one at a time?
If you post every day across several platforms, doing it post by post eats hours and invites mistakes. A missed day, a wrong date, a caption pasted into the wrong account.
Bulk scheduling flips the work: you plan the whole batch in a spreadsheet where it is easy to see everything at once, upload it, and check every row before anything is created. The planning stays in one place, and the publishing takes care of itself.
How does the CSV upload work?
You start from a template with four columns: content for the post text, channels for where it goes, and the date and time to publish. Each row becomes one post, up to 50 per upload.
Lemonpost reads the columns by their names, so their order doesn't matter, and it checks every row for problems, like a time in the past or a channel that is not connected, before it creates anything. Rows with a date and time are scheduled, and rows without one are saved as drafts.
How do I add images and video in bulk?
A bulk upload carries the text of each post, and you add the visuals after. Once your posts are created, open any of them and add images or video from your media library, Canva, Google Drive, or free stock photos. That keeps the spreadsheet simple and gives every post the right media for its platform, whether it's a carousel, a Reel, or a single photo.
Can I review posts before they go live?
Yes. Before anything is created, the upload preview lists every row: what's ready, which rows become drafts, and which need a fix. Leave the date blank on any row you want to look over first, and it arrives as a draft. Every post you create is a normal Lemonpost post on your content calendar, so you can open it, fine-tune it, or move it to another day before it goes out.

Can I customize a post after importing it?
Yes. Every imported post is a normal Lemonpost post. Open it to customize the caption per platform, add a first comment, add images or video, or turn it into a Reel or Story, all in the full composer, without redoing the upload.
Can I reschedule imported posts?
Yes. Once posts are on the calendar, you can move any of them to a new day, edit them, or delete them, exactly like posts you created by hand. The upload is a starting point, not a lock.
