How it works

How to estimate your TikTok earnings

  1. 1

    Enter your numbers

Followers, average views per video, and optionally your engagement rate. The engagement calculator two tools over can give you that.

  2. 2

    Read the two estimates

Creator Rewards pays per qualified view; brand deals pay per post based on audience size and engagement. They're separate incomes.

  3. 3

    Treat them as ranges

Niche, country, and audience quality move real numbers a lot. Use the ranges for planning, not invoicing.

How TikTok creators actually make money

TikTok money comes from several places at once, and the two this calculator estimates are the biggest for most creators: TikTok's own Creator Rewards Program, and brand deals negotiated directly with sponsors. The first pays for views, the second pays for trust.

The Creator Rewards Program

TikTok's rewards program pays for qualified views on original videos longer than a minute, with published creator reports clustering around $0.40 to $1.00 per 1,000 qualified views. Qualified is the key word: views from the For You page count, loops and very short watches often don't. You need 10,000 followers and 100,000 views in the last 30 days to join in most markets.

Brand deals pay far more per post

Sponsored posts commonly price around $10 to $25 per 1,000 followers, scaled up for strong engagement and niche fit. That's why the calculator asks for your engagement rate: a 50k account at 8 percent engagement out-earns a 200k account at 1 percent in most niches, because sponsors buy attention, not follower counts.

The incomes this calculator doesn't count

Live gifts, TikTok Shop commissions, affiliate links, selling your own products, and licensing clips can each out-earn both estimates for the right account. Treat the calculator as a floor for an account that only posts, not a ceiling for a creator running a business.

A dose of honesty about the estimates

Rates differ by country, niche, season, and how good your media kit looks. US beauty and finance audiences price far above the average; some markets price below it. The ranges here are for orientation, and the consistent posting behind the numbers matters more than any calculator.

Good to know

TikTok earnings, answered

Creator reports put the Creator Rewards Program around $0.40 to $1.00 per 1,000 qualified views for videos over a minute. Actual rates vary by country, niche, and how many of your views count as qualified.

The Creator Rewards Program requires 10,000 followers and 100,000 views in the past 30 days in most markets. Brand deals have no official floor; niche accounts land sponsorships from a few thousand engaged followers.

A common starting point is $10 to $25 per 1,000 followers, adjusted up for strong engagement and a valuable niche. Micro-influencers with hot engagement often charge above that band, and long-term deals price differently from one-offs.

Because sponsors pay for attention, not followers. The estimate scales your brand-deal range around TikTok's typical 5 percent: hotter accounts earn more per follower, colder ones less. Leave it blank and the calculator assumes average.

No. They're planning estimates built from published rates and industry rules of thumb. Real offers depend on your niche, country, content quality, and negotiation. Nobody, including TikTok, guarantees earnings.
